5 to 8 working days to anywhere in the UK, tracked from the day it ships. Free over £40, £3.95 under.
What's it made of?
316L stainless steel or 925 sterling silver, 18k gold plating on the gold pieces, and real stones: cubic zirconia, lab moissanite, freshwater or shell pearl, mother of pearl, agate. Every product page lists its own.
Will it tarnish?
Plating wears with sweat, perfume and chlorine. Take it off for pools, showers and the gym and it stays looking new far longer.
Can I return it?
UK orders: yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind and 14 more to send it back, at your own postage cost. Australia and New Zealand orders: we don't take change-of-mind returns, so check sizes and materials on the product page or email us before you order. Anywhere: if a piece is faulty, damaged or not as described, we refund or replace it under your local consumer law. UK orders come back to us with the postage reimbursed; for Australia and New Zealand we cover the return postage or let you keep the piece.
Is VAT included?
Yes. Prices are in pounds and include UK VAT. The price you see is the price you pay, nothing extra at checkout and nothing to pay on delivery.
