Shipping policy

We deliver tracked to every address in the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

Cost and times

United Kingdom: free on orders of £75 or more, otherwise £3.95. 5 to 8 working days from dispatch.

Australia and New Zealand: free on orders of about A$150 / NZ$180 or more, otherwise about A$11 / NZ$12. Australia 6 to 10 working days, New Zealand 4 to 9 working days, from dispatch. The exact charge is shown in your currency at checkout before you pay.

Orders are dispatched from our partner warehouse overseas, usually within 1 to 3 working days of your order. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it leaves, and the times above run from that point. Bank holidays, peak periods and carrier delays can add a few days. By law we'll deliver within 30 days of your order or refund you in full.

Prices and charges

Prices are shown in your local currency (GBP, AUD or NZD) and the price you see is the price you pay.

Your order ships from our fulfilment partner's warehouse overseas on a delivered-duty-paid service, which means any import charges are settled before your parcel reaches you. There is nothing to pay on delivery and no customs handling fee. Orders to Australia and New Zealand are under the A$1,000 / NZ$1,000 low-value threshold, so no duties apply.

Problems in transit

If tracking stops moving for more than 5 working days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email contact@shopsonelle.com with your order number and we'll sort it out with a replacement or a full refund. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
